From what I've read, online features like the Nomads Bazaar daily quest will only appear if you have the most recent version update. Also, it should reset at a particular time per day. I've noticed that Reda's daily quests appear at 00:15 UTC and disappear at 23:45 UTC. I.e. there is a 30 minute time frame per day Ifyou accept those timed quests, that starts a running clock at that point. If you don't finish those in time, it's a failed quest. But believe me, it's no big deal. There will be other similar timed quests all over Greece (not unique). You aren't missing out on something huge or quest-dependent; you're just missing out on XP and drachmae. ifyou mean the ones that look like helmets with horns on them, those are the phylakes, "Dangerous" enemies that drop really good legendary gear and are part of a quest which also unlocks an outfit, there's 10 of them total. As with any game of this size, total playtime will depend entirely on how much time you take to explore all that it Onething I did was just walk around and stealth take out bases (2-3). I played this game when it came out and I am max level. Besides beating every side quest, beating all bosses, and taking out bases it was fun and easy afterwards.
